Audience: Cedar Quay Packaging employees advising the facilities manager

Cedar Quay Packaging is asking employees how to use a vacant room beside its staff kitchen. The kitchen has limited seating and becomes crowded when shifts overlap. Employees also report difficulty finding a quiet place during breaks. The facilities manager has funding to furnish the room either as a shared lunchroom where conversation is welcome or as a quiet break room without meals or phone calls. There is no space for both.
