Saturday Booking Rights at Mallow Quay Hall

The Mallow Quay Hall bookings committee is surveying groups that use or have requested the hall. Two established groups hold alternating Saturday afternoon reservations for ongoing activities. Newer groups rarely obtain these popular times. The committee could preserve existing reservations for another year while requiring each established group to release one date per quarter to newer groups. Alternatively, it could reset Saturday bookings every quarter, allowing every group to reserve at most two afternoons per quarter. Existing organisers say frequent schedule changes could disrupt activities that participants rely on.
