A Rainy-Season Location for the Alderstep Market

The Alderstep Market Association is surveying stallholders about where to hold its autumn Saturday market. A covered courtyard would protect goods from rain, but it is behind the shops and has limited space for displays. The main shopping street offers wider stalls and greater visibility to passing shoppers, but vendors would need to put up portable shelters whenever rain is expected. Both locations have similar rental fees, and the association can reserve only one for the season.
