Limit Online Access to Family Letters Before an Exhibition

You lent family letters to the Glenhaven Heritage Society for an exhibition opening this Friday. You agreed to an in-person display, but exhibition coordinator Mara Bell has now announced that scans will also appear online. The letters contain addresses and personal remarks that your relatives do not want published online. Volunteers have already prepared the website, and replacing every scan would delay its launch. It is Wednesday, and you can provide selected extracts with private details removed by Thursday evening. The in-person exhibition can still open as planned.
