Recipe Exchange at the Elmstead Cooking Club

The Elmstead Cooking Club coordinator is surveying members about this year's recipe exchange. The club has enough money either to print a booklet containing members' recipes or to hold an evening gathering where members explain their recipes in small groups. Members could keep the booklet at home, while the gathering would provide opportunities to ask questions. A room is available, and members have already offered to contribute recipes.
