Reassign a Craft Market Table After an Entrance Change

You coordinate stallholders for the Fernwick Autumn Craft Market. A damaged doorway means visitors must enter through a side door. The new route passes a narrow aisle where a regular stallholder, Tessa Marr, has paid extra for a prominent table. Moving her to the only spare table would widen the aisle but reduce her visibility. That table is beside the refreshment area. Coordinator Elias North can approve a refund of her location surcharge, but there is no budget for additional advertising.
