Staff Recognition After Ternwick’s Busy Season

Ternwick Housewares is surveying employees about how to use its staff recognition fund after a demanding order season. The staff committee can arrange individual awards based on colleague nominations or a shared appreciation event offered in two sessions for different shifts. Some employees took on substantial extra duties, while others kept routine work running with little visibility. Awards would highlight particular contributions; an event would recognise the whole staff but require arrangements for work coverage. The fund can support either option at a similar total cost.
