Do I need an account to start?
No. You can browse the question bank and open tasks without one. When you start an attempt, you sign in with an email link so your answers can be saved.
What does the free plan include?
Two full mock exams, the first two practice sets of every part across all four skills, and 5 AI Writing evaluations. The 5 evaluations are a one-time allowance for your account, not a monthly one.
How do Pro evaluation credits work?
Pro includes up to 100 AI Writing evaluations in any rolling 30-day period. As earlier evaluations pass the 30-day mark, that allowance frees up again. Weekly, monthly, and three-month billing all use the same window.
What feedback do I get, and is it an official score?
Listening and Reading are marked when you submit, Writing gets feedback in four categories, and Speaking is recorded for your own review. Feedback uses a TestCELPIP 2–12 practice scale. It is not a CELPIP level, an official score, or a prediction. Read how AI feedback works.
How do renewal and cancellation work?
Memberships renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel from the billing portal linked in your profile: it stops the next renewal and keeps your access until the end of the period you have paid for. A full refund is available within 14 days if the membership is unused. Read the terms.
