You ordered a birthday cake for twelve people from Willow Whisk Bakery for collection on Saturday. The family celebration has moved to Friday, and only eight people can attend. You have already paid and would prefer a smaller cake, with any price difference kept as shop credit. The bakery closes at 4 p.m. on Friday, but you work until 5 p.m. Your neighbour has offered to collect it at 3 p.m. Today is Tuesday. Email bakery manager Amira Bell about changing the order.
