Annual Plot Allocation at Stonefern Gardens

The Stonefern Gardens committee is surveying members about next year’s garden plots. Demand exceeds available space. Returning gardeners have maintained their plots and helped care for shared paths, while several households have waited a full season for a first opportunity. The committee is considering guaranteed renewal for returning gardeners, with vacant plots offered by lottery, or an annual lottery open equally to returning and waiting households. Shared maintenance duties would apply under either policy.
