Allocate Popular Evening Bookings at Wrenmere Hall

Wrenmere Hall’s booking committee is surveying local groups about its most requested evening slots. Long-running groups want first renewal rights because their members rely on predictable meeting times, and some have helped maintain the hall. Newly formed groups say they rarely get a chance to book suitable evenings. The committee is considering either renewal priority for existing groups or a rotating allocation among all interested groups. Less popular daytime slots would remain open to everyone.
