Cancel a Workshop Registration After an Access Change
You registered for a weekend photography workshop advertised in a step-free studio. Two days before the event, the organizer moved it to an upstairs room in a different building and said no lift is available. You cannot use the stairs and the cancellation page still shows a non-refundable fee.
