Week by week
Week 1
Establish honest baselines and process-focused error categories in every skill.
- Listening
- Reading
- Writing
- Speaking
Sessions
- Listening and Reading mixed baselines with confidence logs.
- One email or survey portfolio draft plus requirement audit.
- Two Speaking recordings reviewed in separate content and delivery passes.
- End-of-week comparison identifying one trainable process per skill.
Milestone: Four-skill baseline dashboard containing evidence, not level claims.
Week 2
Strengthen receptive evidence selection and productive planning through focused drills.
- Listening
- Reading
- Writing
- Speaking
Sessions
- Listening change tracking and inference-boundary drills.
- Reading condition stacks and paragraph/reference maps.
- Writing prompt maps and paragraph reasoning chains.
- Speaking keyword frames, chunks, and local repair practice.
Milestone: One completed focused-drill set for each selected process weakness.
Week 3
Transfer focused skills into mixed timed work while protecting quality.
- Listening
- Reading
- Writing
- Speaking
Sessions
- Timed unfamiliar Listening and Reading sets followed by delayed review.
- Timed response in the Writing task type not used for Week 1 baseline.
- Four-purpose Speaking sequence using one stable delivery target.
- Grammar and vocabulary work drawn from actual errors and topic gaps.
Milestone: Transfer comparison showing change in accuracy, completion, organization, or observable delivery behaviour.
Week 4
Integrate all skills, revise portfolio evidence, and design the next cycle.
- Listening
- Reading
- Writing
- Speaking
Sessions
- One integrated practice day with realistic section order and controlled breaks.
- Evidence review of uncertain receptive answers and error-category trends.
- Revision of the Writing portfolio with feedback decisions documented.
- Selection of representative Speaking clips and a fresh-prompt transfer recording.
Milestone: A four-skill portfolio and next-month plan based on repeated evidence.
Adjust the plan
- If one skill produces the same error category three times, replace one mixed session with a focused drill and keep the next transfer session.
- If fatigue lowers attention, shorten the session but preserve its planned artifact or review decision.
- If performance improves only on familiar material, move immediately to a new prompt with the same evidence demand.
- Keep at least one weekly contact with every skill even when one module receives extra emphasis.
- Use practice counts, timing, and observable response features; do not convert them into an official score claim.
