Higher Menu Prices Instead of Tips

You are having dinner with your friend, Luc Bastien, at Copper Spoon Restaurant in Sorelune, a town in Quebec’s Eastern Townships. The restaurant is considering replacing tips with higher menu prices to pay staff better wages. Luc thinks this could make staff income more reliable, but he also values being able to reward excellent service. He asks for your opinion.
