Making Room for Everyone at Condo Meetings

Your neighbour Brenna chairs the condo council at Granary Court in Russet Flats, a small town in Saskatchewan. At meetings in the building’s common room, an owner named Gordon regularly interrupts others and speaks at length about his own concerns. Several neighbours have stopped trying to contribute. Brenna wants everyone to have a chance to speak, but she worries that interrupting Gordon will embarrass him. With the next meeting a week away, she asks for your advice.
